About the role
Working within the People Team reporting to the Talent Manager your primary focus will be on delivering first class candidate processes. As Callen-Lenz continues on our rapid growth journey this role will be a key in ensuring we source and hire the ideal candidates to fit our culture and values.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, acting as the main point of contact throughout the hiring process, providing updates and feedback.
Update and maintain candidate records and interactions in our ATS system, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with privacy regulations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers acting as a point of contact for any recruitment coordination queries and requests.
Where required conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, career objectives, and cultural fit for potential roles.
Managing the recruitment diary for our interview schedule, ensuring bookings are correct and rooms are always presentable.
Collate and share recruitment statistics on a weekly and monthly basis.
Utilise various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and internal databases to identify and attract potential candidates with relevant skills and experience.
Manage and maintain the recruitment inbox sending prompt responses to all queries.
Attend recruitment fairs or relevant events to promote Callen-Lenz opportunities to a wide and diverse audience.
Perform other recruitment related duties as required.

Report all hazards and incidents that the individual is party to, or observes, in the correct manner.
When required or directed, participate in any health and safety training.
Skills
Essential
Proven work experience as a Recruitment Coordinator, Resourcer, or similar role.
Strong understanding of the recruitment life cycle.
Previous experience using recruitment software/ platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and team members.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Results-oriented and self-driven with a passion for delivering top-quality service.
Desirable
Experience with holding and leading interviews.
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
Prior experience in the defence, aerospace or engineering sector
Personal Attributes
Must be a British Citizen or have an existing right to work in the UK
Ability to commit to occasional national and international travel
Ability to hold Security Clearance – 5 years residence in the UK
