Therefore we want to provide transparency in our process so you know exactly what to expect.
We always want to provide some top tips or suggestions to feel best prepared.
Our Interview Process
Virtual Interview
After your application has been shortlisted you will be invited to a virtual interview. This interview will be held by a member of the recruitment team and the hiring manager.
During this hour session you will hear more about the company, the specific team and the role itself. Importantly we will want to get to know better, to do this we will ask a series of questions to understand more about your preferred ways of working, approach towards scenarios and importantly your motivation for applying.
In Person Interview
After a successful virtual interview you will be invited to a final stage interview. This would be held in person at our offices with the hiring manager and another appropriate member of the wider team.
During this interview will sit down with the team to discuss the role in more depth and find out more about your related skills, technical capabilities and experience.
You will also go on a tour of offices to understand more about our facilities and ways of working.
Outcome
The hard work is over, you have completed the interview process and now you want to hear how its gone!
Its important to us that we provide prompt and valuable feedback and will always give you the timelines for this feedback during your final interview.

Top Tips to prepare for an interview

- Talk time to familiarise yourself with the job description. Consider which of the listed responsibilities or required skills match your experience the most. Is a great idea to think of examples of how you have demonstrated those areas.
- Talk time to understand a little more about us. This careers site and our main website www.callenlenz.com is a great starting point. This will allow you to understand the wider business context and of course ensure you align with key areas such as our company values.
- Take time to consider what key questions you may have to allow you to make the decision that the role you are applying for is a good fit! You may want to ask about the team, working hour or location or more clarity on role responsibilities.

- During this stage the interviewer will want to understand your skill level in more depth, ahead of this it good to consider areas of success your have had previously, failures you have learnt from, specific tools which you have learnt and been successful with and importantly what makes you stand out as the right skill fit for this opportunity.
- Pre plan your journey, this interview is in person and due to our remote locations we recommend looking at the map and ensuring your have plenty of time. (We will provide you with an address and map with your invite)
- This is your opportunity to make sure all your final questions are answered, so look back on your first interview, was there anything not covered or do you need further clarity on anything.
