Top Tips to prepare for an interview

    • Talk time to familiarise yourself with the job description. Consider which of the listed responsibilities or required skills match your experience the most. Is a great idea to think of examples of how you have demonstrated those areas.
    • Talk time to understand a little more about us. This careers site and our main website www.callenlenz.com is a great starting point. This will allow you to understand the wider business context and of course ensure you align with key areas such as our company values.
    • Take time to consider what key questions you may have to allow you to make the decision that the role you are applying for is a good fit! You may want to ask about the team, working hour or location or more clarity on role responsibilities.
    • During this stage the interviewer will want to understand your skill level in more depth, ahead of this it good to consider areas of success your have had previously, failures you have learnt from, specific tools which you have learnt and been successful with and importantly what makes you stand out as the right skill fit for this opportunity.
    • Pre plan your journey, this interview is in person and due to our remote locations we recommend looking at the map and ensuring your have plenty of time. (We will provide you with an address and map with your invite)
    • This is your opportunity to make sure all your final questions are answered, so look back on your first interview, was there anything not covered or do you need further clarity on anything.
